Simple returns and exchanges: returns and exchanges are accepted on all merchandise within 20 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.

• All returns and exchanges must be received at our office within 20 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shipping method accordingly. We will process your refund when we have received your order.
• Prior to sending your item back for an exchange or refund, please email us at info@ourwanderingminds.com to let us know.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and exchange postage fee is paid by the customer. We will of course send your new exchange item free of charge. 
• If it's easier for you or if you need your item or exchange item urgently, you can pop by our office on Holloway Road to return your order or get your exchange item, just send us an email at least one day before to arrange a time.
